This excellent growth opportunity is best suited for a self-motivated and driven individual. The new Field Operations Manager will need to create and maintain excellent relationships with clients and should possess positive and influential leadership skills as they will be managing a team.
The Field Operations Manager schedules, directs and manages a wash team to efficiently travel to specified locations to perform services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent service quality
  • Manage and monitor all activities involving truck-cleaning services; work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Coordinate and monitor all equipment and crews
  • Identify problems or repairs 
  • Perform minor equipment/truck repairs and maintenence
  • Perform hands on work with crew as needed; ability to lead a crew if needed
  • Prepare daily schedule for crew
  • Provide hands on training for crew (operation of equipment, washing techniques, safety, quality standards)
  • Manage and maintain records (time sheets, route plans, weekly schedules, work order schedules)
  • Communicate problems or recommendations to Account Manager
  • Communicate with Employees (train, recruit, hire, terminate, review)

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required or GED equivalent.
  • Comfortable driving box truck style vehicles.
  • Minimum 2 years of management/supervisor experience; Entry-level applicants will be considered.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
